    We met Daniel when we first moved here to TX from UT. He had dropped off his business card at the Apartment leasing office for people looking for renters insurance. That was perfect for us because we didn't know who to reach out to for that. Since then he's become our Agent for our home, auto, and soon to be life. Daniel is a pleasure to work with! He treats you like family and truly cares! I highly recommend Daniel!

    They give you a "move in" sheet to record any damage to the apt. already existing when you move in so you aren't charged for it when you move out. I put down there were blue stains on the floor, but I was still charged for them when I moved out. My ceiling fans were not dirty and if they had been I would have had NO way to clean them (vaulted ceiling), they charged me for having dirty ceiling fans. Only one room has carpet. It was not shampooed before we moved in, but I was charged a shampooing fee when I moved out. The first month they instituted a new payment method was also the 4th of July weekend so the Asst. Manager was out. I had a problem which made my payment late. No one was in the office that could fix it so I had no choice. They charged me $90.00 for it and would not remove it. These are only a couple of things. Upstairs neighbors little girl would put high heels on and stomp around all day. When I complained about that and them throwing dog toys for the 50 pound dog to jump and and chase they accused me of being a problem and a complainer. If you do not keep the plastic bracelet they give you when you move in you will be charged $100.00 to replace it. They cost a nickle to but wholesale.

    Dan is awesome to work with. I really appreciated the fact that he explained the options available for various life insurance policies that I could purchase. Dan is awesome as well with keeping in touch after the initial policy was purchased too. He made sure that I was comfortable with the policy that I purchased and made sure that all my questions were answered.
